The farmhouse has been furnished thinking of every possible comfort, including high speed wireless Internet access (both inside the Farmhouse and outside) and an alarm system.
The 4 rooms on the first floor have an extremely silent air comfort system with efficient heat pump air conditioning while the rooms on the ground floor have electric fans.
The 330 square metre Farmhouse, built in the 18th century, has been recently completely refitted and the greatest care taken in the use of materials and in every detail, all aimed at making your stay in Tuscany unique.

The spacious lounge with closed fireplace stove and two sofas (and ultra-modern 46” TV screen, full HD, Digital terrestrial television, Satellite television and BluRay, DVD and CD player, large panoramic windows looking out over the surrounding countryside with electric shutters on the outside which can be closed electronically with a remote control and curtains on the interior, closed or opened manually)
A large open space with kitchen (including a wood-burning oven, sink and work surface in white marble from Carrara) and dining area (with table that can be extended to comfortably seat up to 12 people)
Area for washing or cleaning clothes (with sink, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board)
The “Aquamarine” room (bedroom with two single beds which can be joined to make a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with WC, shower stall and sink)
The “Sand” room (bedroom with double bed, walk in wardrobe, wooden bed for infants and en suite bathroom with WC, bidet, bathtub, two showers and sink)
The kitchen has every dish, plate, cutlery, pots and pans that you could possibly need and the latest domestic appliances: a 406 litre refrigerator, a 153 litre capacity freezer, dishwashing machine, traditional wood fired oven, gas fired cooker, 2 electric ovens, pizza wood oven, microwave oven, “Berkel” meat and ham slicer, electric kettle, toaster, American coffee making machine (electric), “Lavazza” espresso machine (electric) and a traditional Italian coffee maker machine (“Moka” to be used on the gas hotplates).
This open space area is easily reachable from other parts of the Farmhouse: from the “Aquamarine” room, from the washing area, from the lounge, from the garden and pool, from the kitchen garden (herbs and spices) and from the part of the garden furnished with table, chairs and sunshades.
