Every possible comfort is catered for outdoors including high-speed Internet access. The spacious grounds of the farmhouse with gardens and woods are set in the countryside with view of the Apennines and Apuan Alps. Our guests have a choice of how to spend their leisure time: sunbathing by the pool, reading a book on a sunbed shaded by our sun umbrellas, cooling off in our infinity pool (saltwater using an electrolysis treatment system), having fun challenging friends to a game of table tennis or chilling out on our wooden veranda complete with table and chairs, barbecue and wood-burning oven.

The Farmhouse is independently fuelled by solar generated electricity (10 kilowatts) to make your Tuscan stay even more eco-friendly.

In Particular

The recent renovation of the Farmhouse included the addition of an elegant swimming pool, an infinity overflow saltwater pool (with treatment by electrolysis).
The pool is 12 x 6 metres and with depths from 1,40 metres to 1,60 metres.
By the swimming pool you will find a shower and foot-bath with hot water for rinsing traces of saltwater from the skin after bathing in the pool, a changing room with sink and a bathroom with WC, bidet, shower stall and sink. Around the pool you can choose between deckchairs and sunbeds (even in the shade of a sun umbrella) for sunbathing, relaxing or reading.

Alongside the swimming pool there is a large, lovely veranda with a large table and a dozen wrought iron chairs for getting together at certain times or relaxing when you feel like reading, writing or playing.
Adjacent to the veranda are both a traditional brick pizza oven and a double grill barbecue that help make evenings unique, organizing entertaining dinners with guests and, who knows, tasting and sampling the typical local produce.
The garden-park is extremely large (100.000 square metres) and is well kept and set in the Tuscan countryside with typical Mediterranean bush and trees.”

We have thought of some other ways to have fun at Villa Gourmet, in fact you can play table tennis (rackets and balls supplied by us) or even play real football on our 5–a-side size football field (18 by 38 metres) with goals (3 by 2 metres), all within the grounds of the Farmhouse.
And not forgetting the children: we have made a play area for our youngest guests with a Wendy house, swings and slides.
